What happens after placing my order?
After you've placed your order, you will receive an order shipped confirmation email with your order
number and tracking information.

How can you keep your prices so low?
Our goal is to always provide the lowest prices for you! How do we do that? We do not accept insurance assignment, so we can pass the savings on to you.

Are my personal and order information private?
Your information is always safe and secure with us—we never sell or distribute your contact information to third parties.
If SNOOSZ.com doesn't store my credit card information, how do you charge my card?
Using our secure payment process, our credit card processor, Stripe, will use an encrypted token to
pass payment information through.
When our processor receives your encrypted card information, they pass to us an encrypted token we
can later claim that authorizes us
to charge your card for your order total. When we are ready to ship, we send this token to our
processor, who runs your card and confirms payment.
This process allows us to charge your card without saving your information to a database.
How do I know your credit card processor is secure?
SNOOSZ.com uses Stripe to ensure our checkout process runs smoothly and securely. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most powerful level of certification available.

Does SNOOSZ.com store my credit card information?
SNOOSZ.com does not store credit card information. Our credit card processor, Stripe.com will pass us an authorized token once they verify your payment method allowing us to charge your credit card without storing your payment information.
Can you remove my credit card information from your system?
We understand that your data is important. On your request, we will remove the stored token for your
payment information
consisting of the last four digits and expiration date, from our system.
We will request our payment processor to archive your information. Our payment processor has its own
data retention policy to
record transaction records to adhere to the law.
What happens if SNOOSZ.com is breached or hacked?
If there was a data breach, we would let you know right away! In addition, our payment processor would invalidate all payment tokens, so that the hacker's attempt would fail.
How can I provide payment information?
To Pay With a Credit Card:
To provide your credit card information, give us a call at 1-800-356-5221 or log into your account (=> need to update link) .
To Pay via PayPal:
You can either call us at 1-800-356-5221 to provide authorization, and we will send a
request to your email, or you can log into your PayPal account and send us payment.
To send us Payment through your PayPal account, please go to www.paypal.com and log into your account using your email address. Once there, click on the "Send Money" tab and enter info@snoosz.com into the "to" field. Next, please enter the amount due on your order, which you can find in the confirmation email we sent when you placed your order. Check the goods box and click submit.
Please note: If you're paying through PayPal, remember to enter your order number into
the message field on the PayPal site. If you do not reference your order number, you may
experience processing and shipping delays. We will receive an automated email from PayPal once
your payment has cleared.
To Pay With a PayPal eCheck:
To send a payment using an eCheck through your PayPal account, ensure you have
sufficient funds in your account to cover the eCheck because the full amount with be requested
from your bank. The eCheck is funded from your bank account and must clear before it can be sent
to us, which takes up to six business days. The amount of the eCheck will appear in your PayPal
account, where you can then issue the amount of your order to us.
To Pay Foreign (Outside of the United States) Using Checks or Money Orders:
To pay for your order using a foreign money order, ensure that your payment is made in U.S.
dollars and is issued by a bank in the country to which your order is shipping. Your payment
will be verified from the bank your money order is from, and we will make sure your payment
clears before shipping your order.

To Pay via Bank Wire Transfers:
To pay for an order via bank wire transfer, select 'Other' on the checkout page as the
payment option. In the Additional Information text box, write that you would like to pay with a
bank wire transfer. Within 24 to 48 hours, we will email you instructions on how to send the
wire transfer. Payment via a bank wire transfer may take several weeks since the transfer
depends on the financial institution, which may cause delays in your order. If you need your
order quickly, consider purchasing through credit card or PayPal.
Please note: Your bank may charge you to complete the wire transfer. We recommend contacting your bank to find out their charges as you will be responsible for them. Your order will be shipped as soon as funds are received.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Credit Cards: For credit cards, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, and JCB credit cards.
Apple Pay: Easily, securely, and quickly check out by logging into your Apple
Pay account.
Paypal: To checkout using Paypal, you will be directed to PayPal.com where you will sign in to your account or
create an account and continue through the prompted steps. If you want to make payments to
SNOOSZ.com through your PayPal account, log into your PayPal account, select the "Send Money"
tab, enter info@snoosz.com in the "to" field. Enter your order number into the message field to
prevent processing delays.
PayPal eCheck: We do accept PayPal eChecks. However, we hold the order for 10
full calendar days (not business days) from the date the check is received to ensure it clears
our bank account before shipping.
Affirm Payment Plans: Affirm offers flexible payment plans that allow you to
pay for your purchases in monthly installments. To pay with Affirm, choose "Learn More" on the
product page or checkout screen; it will be listed beneath the price of the item(s) on both the
product page and checkout screen. You will be guided through Affirm's soft credit check (which
does not impact your credit score) to determine eligibility and, if approved, you'll be able to
choose a payment plan that works for you with varying interest rates. Approval is not
guaranteed.
*Buy With Affirm is currently not available to residents of Iowa or West Virginia.
Why is there a $0 or $1 charge on my account statement when I placed my order?
When you use a credit card to pay for your SNOOSZ.com order, our credit card processor
will send over a request to your issuing bank for either a $0 or $1 authorization,
which is based on what your bank permits.
The authorization amount is used to verify that the issued card can be authorized.
This amount, however, is not a charge and will be removed from your statement in anywhere from a
few minutes to a few weeks depending on your bank's policy.
If the card is declined, the authorization request is immediately reversed.
Where do you ship from?
We ship via FedEx and USPS out of our Houston based warehouse and offer free ground shipping to all 50 US states and territories for orders over $99.
What are the shipping costs in the contiguous United States?
If you're wondering about your shipping costs before placing your order, you can view our checkout page to get a quick quote. To find your shipping quote, simply type your shipping address in, scroll down to the shipping section, pick your shipping method. After filling in that information, your quoted price will show in the right-hand box.

What are the shipping costs for the United States territories?
- Next Day Air Early AM (delivery by Noon): is available for some
Alaska locations and requires a custom quoted based on the weight of the parcel and the exact
address.*
- Next Day Air Service (delivery by the end of business): is available
for some locations in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, and requires a custom quoted based on the
weight of the parcel and the exact address.*
- Two-Day Air: ~$18 *

How quickly will my order ship?
If your order is placed before 4 PM CST Monday through Friday, it will ship the same day,
provided
prescription requirements are met, and the equipment is in stock (check the product page for
up-to-date stock status).
Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days for most locations within the United States. Your tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
How long does ground shipping take?
Typically, ground shipping can take up to five business days. However, ground shipping times in the United States vary, and timing is not guaranteed.
SNOOSZ.com is not responsible for courier delays.
Will you ship to an APO address?
Yes! Shipping is $7 for purchases under $99 and free for orders totaling $99 or more.
Will you ship to a Post Office Box?
Yes. Orders shipped to PO Boxes include standard tracking services and qualify for our standard same-day shipping policies. All orders addressed to a PO Box are shipped via US Mail.
Do I need a prescription on file prior to shipping my order?
Federal law requires SNOOSZ.com has a valid prescription on
file before shipping a SNOOSZ mask, APAP machine, SNOOSZ machine, BiPAP machine, humidifier, EPAP
therapy, Nightbalance, oxygen concentrators, and some heated tubing.
Why hasn't my order shipped?
Unfortunately, from time to time, a problem can occur when processing an order. However, our expert
Customers Service Team Members will be in contact with you via email if a problem occurs while
processing your order.
Below are some of the root causes for why your order hasn't shipped yet:
ResMed or Philips Respironics Product in International Orders
ResMed and Philips Respironics do not allow their
products to be shipped outside of the United States.In order to continue to supply their
products, we must adhere to this requirement. Please choose from the following options
and email or call us to confirm how you wish to proceed:
- Provide a new address within the contiguous U.S., and our team will update your order
- Exchange ResMed /Philip Respironics products for another brand. Please send us an email providing
information on the changes to be made on. ( Note: you are responsible for any price increase
difference. We'll refund you the difference if there is a decrease in price)
- Remove all ResMed and Philip Respironics products from your order and ship out the remainder of
your order.
International Prescriptions Must be Translated to English
If the prescription is not written in English, the entire prescription must be translated
into English on the original document.
Invalid Shipping Address
If you find an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately via phone to
correct your address. You may also email us to confirm your shipping address, but we cannot
guarantee that your order will ship out the day the email is sent if you choose to email rather than
call.
If You Selected “Other” for Your Shipping Method
You might need to contact us if you
selected Other or an unavailable shipping method for your location.
If You Are a Durable Medical Equipment Provider or Dealer Requesting ResMed and/or Philip
Respironics products
In compliance with policy as set by ResMed and/or Philip Respironics, we may only sell SNOOSZ
equipment to customers with valid prescriptions. Due to this policy and the associated penalties for
violating it, we are unable to ship ResMed and/or Philip Respironics products to any Durable Medical
Equipment Provider. We deeply regret this inconvenience. We are happy to help you purchase equipment
from another SNOOSZ manufacturer.
- Remove all ResMed /Philip Respironics products from the order and ship it out to you
- Exchange ResMed /Philip Respironics products for another brand (please send us instructions on
which changes should be made)
- Cancel the order
Backordered item(s)
- We will notify you via email if there is an item on your order that is out of stock.
- We will ship in-stock items immediately, and backordered item(s) will ship as soon as they are
available.
The name on the prescription is different than the name on the order.
- Call or email us to authorize us to change the name on the order to match that on the
prescription.
There are comments or questions on the order that need to be addressed before shipping the
order out.
You have more than one active order with us.

- Cancel one order and send the other out.
- Send both out separately.
- Combine orders and ship them both together.
Will SNOOSZ.com text or call when my order is delivered?
Unfortunately, SNOOSZ.com cannot text or call any customer regarding status updates, or upon
delivery,
for any order placed at SNOOSZ.com.
However, there are a few ways you can get updated. If the order was shipped from USPS, customers can
choose to be notified of delivery by text or email. If the order was shipped with FedEx, customers
can be notified by email only. Signing up is fairly easy and can be done by following prompts on
each carrier's package tracking website.
How do you ship to Canada?
We offer shipping to Canada via Landmark, a private carrier, who transfers the packages to Canadian Post at the border. Depending on the delivery address in Canada, transit time can range from two to three weeks. All Canadian orders are tracked through Canadian Post, insured, and tax-exempt.
How much are the taxes and duties for shipping to Canada?
Packages shipped through our Canadian shipping partner, Landmark, are tax-exempt and marked prominently as medical supplies. When using SNOOSZ.com's shipping supplier SNOOSZ.com will cover costs.
If you choose to ship with your FedEx or UPS account to Canada, you are responsible for determining, managing, and paying all taxes and duties associated with your transaction. We will not pay and cannot quote taxes and duties for non-Landmark orders. However, we can work with you to package and properly label international shipments as medical supplies.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship to any country in the world, except for the few below. We ship with USPS Global. International packages arrive within 6-20 days, and shipping times are not guaranteed. International shipping costs will be quoted upon the receipt of an order with a complete address.
Unfortunately, there are a few countries we cannot ship to:
- Cuba
- Iran
- Syria
- North Korea
- Spain (Customs Restrictions)*
Please note: Per manufacturer policies, we do not ship ResMed or
Philips Respironics products internationally.
*Spain does not allow the direct import of medical equipment to patients. Portugal does permit such
shipments.
How much are the taxes and duties of shipping to my country?
You are responsible for determining, managing, and paying all taxes and duties associated with your transaction. SNOOSZ.com will not pay and cannot quote taxes and duties. However, we can work with you to package and properly label international shipments as medical supplies.
How are international currency conversions handled?
All prices on SNOOSZ.com are listed in US Dollars (USD). SNOOSZ.com does not charge conversion fees for orders placed with international cards. When using international currency cards, any conversion charges incurred would be applied by your financial institution. For more information regarding any exchange rate charges, we recommend contacting your financial institution directly to see if any fees would apply.
How do I return my order?
SNOOSZ.com will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A
15%
returns processing fee will be subtracted from the original cost, and a credit for the difference
will
be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened can
not
be returned.

Can I return my SNOOSZ mask?
If your current mask is not your perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase. We will refund you the full price of your purchase minus shipping
Can I purchase a SNOOSZ machine without a prescription?
No, in following with federal and local Texas laws you need a prescription to purchase either a
SNOOSZ, APAP, or BiPAP machine.
SNOOSZ, APAP, and BiPAP machines are classified as Class II Medical Devices by the Food and Drug
Administration, because of this SNOOSZ.com can not fill any orders for a SNOOSZ machine without
a
prescription.
In order to purchase a SNOOSZ, APAP, or BiPAP machine, humidifier, sleep apnea mask, EPAP
therapy,
or a positional therapy device like the Nightbalance, a (=>link needs to be
updated).
How can I get a SNOOSZ prescription?
Prescription for SNOOSZ, APAP, and BiPAP machines will require a sleep study to be completed first. SNOOSZ.com offers (=>link needs to be updated) within the United States, an ideal option to secure a prescription and get tested within the comfort of your own home.
We provide many easy ways to send us your prescription:
- We can request your prescription for you! When you checkout, just let us know you would like
us to request your prescription, or you can log into your account to have us request your
prescription from a doctor located in the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands,
and American Samoa.
- Email your prescription to info@snoosz.com.
- Upload your prescription in your account, under the prescriptions section.
So we can process your order quickly, please write your order number on your prescription before
sending it.
The prescription can be written by any of the following care providers:
- Medical Doctor
- Doctor of Osteopathy
- Psychiatrist (MD Only)
- Physicians Assistant
- Nurse Practitioners
- Dentist
- Naturopathic Physicians
We will not accept prescriptions written by the following (unless they are a licensed MD
or DO):
- Chiropractor
- Podiatrist
- Optometrist
- Psychologist
If you would like to get the script from your prescribing doctor, you can give your doctor's
office our Standard Prescription Form. Then, select a method to have it sent back to us. Your
prescription can be written on a standard prescription pad which includes the physician's
contact information, your name, and is signed by the care provider including a statement about
the equipment needed.

If you are purchasing a machine, ideally the prescription will include the pressure setting. If it is not included on the Rx, the pressure setting may be provided by you. If ordering an EPAP therapy device like Provent or the Bongo RX you can ask your doctor to provide an EPAP prescription or use our EPAP Prescription Form. The doctor will also need to write a special prescription for Nightbalance Lunoa purchases, and the prescription must state the Nightbalance as the prescribed treatment.
Will an old prescription meet requirements or do I need a new one?
Some prescriptions are written for a "Lifetime Need" or "99 Months" and can be used to get the prescribed equipment as often as needed to continue therapy.
If a prescription notes a number of refills, it will be valid to dispense the listed equipment the referenced number of times. If a prescription notes an expiration date, it is valid through the listed date.
We will gladly review a prescription for you to determine its condition.
Can I use an international prescription?
Yes, SNOOSZ.com accepts valid international prescriptions that have been translated into
English.
If the prescription is not written in English, the entire prescription must be translated into
English on the original document.
Upon receipt and review of the prescription, we will ship your order to any US state, except
Texas, or to your country of residence.
We are unable to request a prescription on your behalf from a doctor outside of the United
States.
How can I submit my prescription to SNOOSZ.com?

Request SNOOSZ.com Contact Your Doctor
We can request a prescription from your doctor for your convenience as long as they are
located in the United States, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and American
Samoa.
How to request SNOOSZ.com contact your doctor for an updated prescription
During Checkout:
- Select: Contact My Doctor For Me
- To find your doctor, start by entering your doctor’s information in the box and hit search
- From the search results displayed, find and select your doctor. If you cannot find your
doctor, click “Add Your Doctor”
- Once selected, you'll be prompted to enter your date of birth.
Within "My Account":
- Log into your account
- Find: Prescriptions
- Select: Add Prescription
- Select: Contact My Doctor For Me
- To find your doctor, start by entering your doctor’s information in the box and hit search
- From the search results displayed, find and select your doctor. If you cannot find your
doctor, click “Add Your Doctor”
- Once selected, you'll be prompted to enter your date of birth and select the type of
prescription you need from your doctor. After making your selection, you'll hit submit.
- After successful submission, SNOOSZ.com will fax a letter of medical necessity request to your
doctor to keep on file

What does a humidifier prescription need to say?
A humidifier prescription must contain the following information:

Getting a SNOOSZ machine isn't hard, but you will need a prescription before purchasing.
Getting a Sleep Apnea Diagnosis and SNOOSZ Prescription
To get a SNOOSZ machine, you'll need a prescription first, which starts with a sleep study
and sleep apnea diagnosis.
The path to a sleep apnea diagnosis involves a sleep study to test the number of apnea events that
occur during your sleep. Sleep studies can be done at home, like the one SNOOSZ.com offers, or in a
sleep lab. The results of the sleep study will determine a sleep apnea diagnosis. Once the sleep
study confirms sleep apnea, your doctor will recommend a course of treatment. Typically, a doctor
will prescribe a SNOOSZ, APAP, or BiPAP machine for use while sleeping. These devices gently blow
pressurized air into the airway, opening it, so blockages are removed, and air can reach the
lungs.
It's important to point out, simply snoring is not a guarantee that a person has sleep apnea. Other
symptoms must also be present to get a firm diagnosis, including daytime drowsiness, fatigue,
suddenly falling asleep while driving or bored, or waking up gasping or choking.
Getting a SNOOSZ Machine
A prescription will usually specify the kind of machine your doctor recommends for your
therapy.
- A SNOOSZ prescription will allow customers to purchase a SNOOSZ or an APAP machine

- A BiPAP prescription can only be used to purchase a BiPAP machine.

For example, if an order is placed on Saturday, March 31st, and the parcel ships out on Monday,
April 2nd the invoice will reflect April 2nd as the Date of Service on the claim form and

Yes, you can purchase SNOOSZ machines, masks, supplies, and accessories without insurance. The only thing required to purchase SNOOSZ machines or masks through SNOOSZ.com is a valid prescription from a doctor.
Why is my purchase showing as a recurring charge on my bank statement?
When placing an order with saved payment information, our payment processor adds the recurring charge notation on statements, it's something we cannot control.

Will my equipment be new?
Are SNOOSZ machines ventilators?
SNOOSZ machines are not ventilators. Ventilators help people breathe when they have a temporary condition impacting their lung function; a ventilator is intended for 24-hour respiratory support. While a SNOOSZ machine is intended for regular use and supports unblocking your airway during sleep.
I'm a new user, what do I need to buy?
You will need a SNOOSZ machine and a SNOOSZ mask for effective SNOOSZ therapy. We offer a SNOOSZ Starter Pack that includes several SNOOSZ machine and mask options at varying prices for new users.
During the course of your SNOOSZ therapy(=> Link needs to be updated), you may find that you need additional components, such as humidifiers, machine software, SNOOSZ mask strap pads, chinstraps, insulated hose coverings, and extra filters.
What comes with my machine?
Machines come with a six-foot hose, power cord, at least one filter, and a manual. Most
manufacturers include a carrying case that is designed specifically for their equipment. SNOOSZ,
APAP, and BiPAP machines do not come with a mask. SNOOSZ masks must be purchased separately.

What maintenance is required on machines?
The only care a SNOOSZ, APAP, or BiPAP machine requires is to clean(=>links need to be updated)or change the air intake filters(=>links need to be updated)—doing this regularly protects the internal parts against accumulating dust.
Fine paper filters should be changed out every 30 days or when they appear
soiled.
Foam washable filters should be rinsed with clear running water once a week,
allowed to air dry, and reinserted.
Here are some other suggested actions to care for your machine:
- Keep the area around your machine clean to improve the air quality delivered to you
through your machine.
- Keep the air intake of the machine unblocked. Curtains, bedding, and papers can easily block
your machine's air intake, reducing the airflow.
- Manufacturer warranties are voided by water damage to the machine. To avoid this, remove the
chamber from the humidifier, then remove the humidifier from the machine instead of
transporting the humidifier inside your machine.
- If a humidifier is used, empty the water from the chamber every morning.
Do SNOOSZ masks and/or humidifiers contain BPA?
Yes, all SNOOSZ masks and SNOOSZ humidifier chambers either contain BPA, or their manufacturer
has
not released a statement calling their products BPA free.
Government of Canada Takes Action on Another Chemical of Concern: Bisphenol A | April 25th, 2008
To Whom It May Concern
This document represents Respironics' position regarding the use of Bisphenol A in Respironics Sleep and Home Respiratory Devices. On April 18, 2008, the Government of Canada, banned the use of Bisphenol A (BPA) in polycarbonate baby bottles, claiming that the exposure to BPA on newborns and infants up to 18 months of age, could potentially present a health risk to this patient group when the polycarbonate baby bottles are exposed to high temperatures.
At this time, we are able to provide the following information to our customer: NONE of our Sleep and Home Respiratory products which are either breathable or skin contacting are intended for use with newborns or infants under 18 months of age. Therefore, Respironics is in compliance with Health Canada's position for exposure for the identified at risk patient population.
Although Health Canada's restriction for BPA does not include products used for ages above 18 months at this time, Respironics is evaluating its product portfolio and will take the appropriate actions to determine and mitigate any potential risk from use of its products or potential exposure to BPA. It should be noted that NOT all polycarbonate resins contain BPA. In response to the direction provided by Health Canada's device licensing division, Respironics will be evaluating all of our Class II and III medical devices to determine if the resins used in the manufacturer of its products contain BPA.
Further, none of our products or accessories using polycarbonate are labeled for exposure.
In closing, it is Respironics position that our products do not pose any increased risk of exposure to BPA for our users and thus our products remain safe for use.

What are some SNOOSZ travel tips?
SNOOSZ therapy should be used every night. Your SNOOSZ or BiPAP machine and equipment should go
with you on trips. There are some tips to help with your travel:
- Remove water from your humidifier: If you plan to bring your SNOOSZ
humidifier with you, remove the water from the humidifier chamber. Water left in the humidifier
chamber can be tipped into your machine and cause damage.
- Accompany your SNOOSZ through security: When going through security, security
agents will usually need to inspect the SNOOSZ separately—ask to stay with the SNOOSZ to ensure
all of your parts (cords, masks, chambers, filters) get back into the bag.
- Identify Your SNOOSZ as Medical Equipment: To help move through security
easier, put a medical equipment tag on your SNOOSZ bag. We offer a Medical Equipment Luggage
Tag.
- Carry a Medical Alert Card: When traveling, it is good to carry a medical
alert card in your wallet. The card will inform emergency personnel that you have obstructive
sleep apnea. We offer a Medical Alert Card.
- Pack Your Power Cord: Check to make sure your cord is packed with your
machine before you leave home and when heading back home.
- Know what type of power your SNOOSZ requires: If you are going to use a
battery, make sure you have all the parts needed to run the SNOOSZ on battery power safely. If
you are traveling abroad, make sure you have an international adapter plug.
- Bring Spare Parts and Back-Up Mask: Like the power cord, items get left
behind or misplaced while on the road. Having spare parts and a back-up mask will ensure you are
not caught without equipment.

How do I prepare for international travel with SNOOSZ?
To prepare for your international travel, be sure to:

- Pack your SNOOSZ equipment in your carry-on
- Consider purchasing a travel-sized surge protector with you when you travel. Some countries
have issues with power surges that can damage your SNOOSZ machine.
Can I travel by air with my SNOOSZ?
Yes, you can travel on a plane with SNOOSZ equipment.
The following information is intended as a general guideline and does not reflect any particular
airline's policy. Check with your airline carrier to verify their policies regarding SNOOSZ
/BiPAP equipment.
Generally, in the USA, a SNOOSZ machine and mask are not counted towards your carry-on item
limit. However, the SNOOSZ carry case must meet the size restrictions set for carry-on
items. Only items directly related to the medical treatment are included in the exception; any
other items will count towards the carry-on allowance. Some locations in Asia and Europe may
count the equipment used for sleep therapy as a carry on, but all airlines will allow it.
Before traveling, be sure to check your airline's policy on medical devices. For instance,
airlines may ask that you contact them 48 hours before the flight, especially if you plan on
using the machine on the flight. Additionally, airlines may require documentation from a doctor
stating the equipment is required by the user and must be kept with the user during travel.
Each airline has a different policy on whether or not you can use your SNOOSZ while in flight
and if they have a power source available. In some cases, an on-board electrical outlet may be
available. If you plan to use the equipment during the flight, consider bringing a fully charged
battery as a backup, should the on-board power get interrupted.

What should I know about going on a cruise with my SNOOSZ equipment?
Cruise lines recommend that you carry on SNOOSZ and BiPAP equipment rather than storing it in
checked luggage, which may not be delivered until after bedtime.
For your convenience and storage needs, there is generally a small bedside table available;
however, electrical outlets may not be available near the bed. Consider bringing an extension
cord along to ensure you can plug in your machine.
For your humidifier use, some cruise lines may provide distilled water. You'll need to call your
cruise company for their specific policies and amenities regarding SNOOSZ equipment.
