ResMed updated the AirFit N30i cushion in 2021 by removing the plastic front panel and replacing it with a softer silicone frame. In addition, the original vent holes on the front of the cushion were replaced with an updated QuietAir vent that reduced sound emissions to whisper quiet levels.

This cushion does not come in a large size
The mask cushion side is indicated with a colored circle with a white block letter on one end of the cushion. Wide is grey, small wide is purple, medium is blue, and small is red.
The manufacturer recommends replacing the mask cushions every 1-3 months.
