The padded headgear glides along the head to offer additional convenience that is also kind to your skin. Do not overtighten the mask. The cushion could press against your face and leave uncomfortable red marks. Make sure the headgear fits snugly on your head and the cushion is not pushed up against your face, rather it is sitting comfortably on the bridge of your nose.
